Before I start, Charmander is a classic good choice. Now I like what you did with it's body, I can see someone other than the original artist`s work all throughout. You made the eyes perfectly beautiful, it has a shape to it's head rather than a rounded type head, you drew in the claws (far too commonly left out), and you added ridge-like objects to it's back. Those ridges are on their on quite an interesting add on, are they extended scales? Or maybe they are feathery or furs? How about the start of the wings of it's adult form? Or maybe, just maybe, there are just ridges there? Your flame is brilliant. The flame and the lighting it creates must have been the longest, most painstaking process of this piece. I think the only problem I see with this is the lines for the walls and floor, just because they don't blend, even in the dark. I love this, Kudos!
